Make things more neat. Insted of erasing parts of the destroyed buildings, actually make them fall and stuff. Use the line tool insted of the penis or brush. Maybe make it so you can drive the tank yourself.

It was an alright game. I don't think you can use age as an excuse for it being iffy though. You are making the game god for newgrounds not good for your age.
